Ship time and packaging was good. Ship price seems high for such a light item. Was deflated. Item listed "unused"; it is NOT new. No tag, label or box. Are MANY scratches and chips in paint from obvious use. Also, bent wires in lowest basket. Furthermore, are multiple rust spots where wires meet. None of these were visible in listing pics. Am considering painting to eliminate scratches, rust and chips. Quite disappointed with this experience. Won't buy from this seller again.
