I installed the unit into my vehicle it did not work! I need to return this unit back to the Saler. Please send me the instructions on how to do so I can get a refund of my money.

I hope you can accept my apology for inconvenience. ill be happy to send you a refund, just set up a return and it will be taken care of immediately. These are tested and but occasionally human error may come into play and one gets by. If you retract the negative feedback ill send you a refund without the hassle of returning the part. I know this delays getting your car fixed and that is frustrating, i am sorry for that.
