I have never been treated so badly by a fellow seller. I purchased an item it came damaged. I simply requested for a return and refund and instantly was called a dishonest person and pretty much got a refusal then she went as far as saying that I damaged her item just for a return, and the item was only $20. I don’t understand why she would think it’s OK to talk to a customer in such a manner. I didn’t wanna leave bad feedback, but she was completely out of control.
