Shoes were in great shape! Listing was mistakenly marked as Men's 11's and they were actually Women's 11s. Reached out to the seller who was apologetic and promptly agreed to refund and pay for return shipping. Ultimately we instead reached out to our friend network to see if anyone wore a Women's 11 and was interested in these quality shoes, rather than waste resources to send them back. And alas a friend was interested in them, so all was well!
