I contacted the seller after a week, when it had not shipped. They never got back ever. I finally cancelled the items. Then two weeks after I ordered the docks they up and ship them. I needed these for a project for a customer and because they wouldn't contact me I ended up having to purchase them from another vendor. Now I'm stuck with a bunch of docks I don't need and i cannot return. Because this vendor decided to ghost me. It didn't have to be this way. It only takes a simple message.

Our apologies, we mistakenly forgot to turn on vacation mode while we were away. We shipped them as soon as we realized. I'm not sure why eBay still allowed me to print a shipping label for you after you canceled the order, but they did. If I realized you wanted to cancel I would have been happy to. Do you want to ship them back? We will cover shipping.
