Item is completely un-useable . It appears to be a core return. The description is a scam stating to have a new cap and rotor; these were put on to make the item look remotely functional. Hall effect P.I.P. CAGE was rusted beyond repair and removed at one time (loose screws)Hall effect P.I.P. SENSOR was seized on the shaft and also rusted over. Electronics on this are scrap and do not function. Packaging was horrible and caused damage by insufficient bracing.
