The mixer arrived on time and seems to work OK. I have not tried to use it to knead bread or other heavy duty chore as yet. It was much in need of cleaning and took time and some "elbow grease" to get the mixer, and its very discolored cord, clean enough to use. I was very happy to find this mixer b/c I have all the attachments and 2 bowls that ONLY fit this model!
