I purchased a potentiometer from the Guitar Parts Factory, but never received shipment. I reached out to them and they said the problem was on my end. I then gave it a couple more weeks in hopes that it was just late, but it still never came. I reached out a second time to try to resolve the issue but I never got a response. I don not recommend buying from this seller. Super disappointing:/
