Great communication and overcame a glitch to mutual satisfaction. Just wish I could have had the option to use USPS to ship to avoid guaranteed customs duties with a courier.

The bell arrived quickly Thank You for the fast shipping. But unfortunately the bell is a fail the thumb ringer is stuck fast and can not move at all. It just seem the poor build quality the gears in side plastic are all jammed up and can not move. I've tried to correct the problem but no luck. So in the trash it went. Because it would cost to much to ship back. Sorry Thanks Tim
