I have provided all the images of the product along with detailed descriptions, and the item is not damaged, only an ambiguous factory flaw on the pontil mark invisible under the handle. I am amazed that you have taken advantage of the return & refund policy. You have received a full refund, plus shipping cost, and yet you're upset & have posted disparaging, irrelevant, ruthless, and untrue personal feedback. You did not file any complaint with eBay or me within 30 days of receiving the item.
