This system seemed perfect, exactly what I was looking for- a wired “call bell” system to use mostly at night for my handicapped stepson to “call” me. I was pleased with the quick delivery. I was disappointed that there was no ding, buzz, or any alert sound when the Remote Station call button was pressed, just a distorted click sound. I would like to trade it for another one exactly alike but where the “call bell” button works, but not sure how I go about doing it. Please reply soon.
