I am an IT person. I bought this printer to replace mine that had issues. It arrived in pieces, incorrect power cord, and no matter what I did, there were error messages saying the panel was not closed. Power button also didn't work and freaked out upon reboot. I have photos and videos of all of the problems. I am returning this and want a complete refund including in and outbound shipping. Completely fraudulent refurbish!
