Item wasn't what was described. The box was in awful shape and the photos didn't show the extent of it, cards were bricked, one pack was open despite description saying they were all sealed. I was hoping to keep all my Barry Foster cards in this box but it's just going in the garbage instead. Was shipped in a padded envelope, which isn't good for boxes of cards. Just a mess. Contacted buyer, they tried to do a partial refund, but I'm taking it as a total loss & learning experience.

Well, this is unfortunate. I tried to resolve your concerns from the get-go but you refused and then posted this. Regardless, I refunded you 100% and told you to keep the item. My fault for not catching the one open pack. If you couldn't tell what you were seeing from the pics (box looks rough to me) and had specific shipping requirements, why didn't you ask? Anyway, I am sorry you chose to go negative rather than work things out. At this point you have your money back and have incurred no loss.
