I contacted the seller and was told it was suppose to be New Without Tags. I hope its new, the material is very thin for a new top. I only buy NEW with Tags for Linen items because preowned linen clothes get super thin after several washings. That is the nature of lightweight linen. I'm not a dry cleaning person. I wash my linen. Seller was very responsive.
