Seller is very communicative. This item was a presale, which I knew when agreeing to purchase. I had asked the seller for the ETA of the item and he mentioned mid-May. Early in June, I contacted the seller and he mentioned the timeline for sending the item had been extended to October, which was out of his hands. He provided 2 options: request a refund or wait until October for the item to arrive. I appreciate the options and chose the refund. Seller refunded post haste and is very fair.
