I never received the item, I was told the item was no longer at the location, but seller posted item available the next day, seller told me he was going to do a lost stolen but refused to issue a refund, there’s been a lot of people posting coins that don’t exist, I pray that isn’t the issue here, seller told me to get eBay to step in, which I thought was very weird… Shop safely

He put in a case that he received the wrong item. Included a picture of coin. I looked at NGC registry number, I never had that coin(less value of course). I didn't have coin anymore because I mailed it to him, he needed to return the coin he received, not one of his of lesser value. Then he changed his tune that he never received my package. It was marked as delivery the date he summitted a wrong item case to eBay. Told him to change it to a never received case thru eBay. Case was closed. Scam?
