I had a negative experience with the seller because he did not send me the purse that I ordered. I ordered the leather Tory Burch handbag with the black and gold strap. What I was sent was the black matte (not real leather) handbag with the all black chain strap. On top of that mistake I was sent 2 of the wrong bag when I only ordered 1😱. The seller is currently refusing to send me return labels for a mistake that he or she made. Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon.
