Buyer did not read description. 96 pieces were included. Buyer claim less were received then buyervsends picture and yes 96 pieces included. Turns out puzzle should have 104 pieces . Buyer was mad that on box said was 100 piece puzzle . I gave partial refund anyway. Buyer still wasn't happy
