The item was new with tags and very good quality product. Yet there was a pungent odor to the fabric. I did not contact the seller because I wanted to try to clean the odor out. That took 1 wash with soak and an overnight soak in baking soda and dish detergent water. The smell is almost gone, but this wasn't my favorite thing to have to do with a NWT item. The cost was very low, the product otherwise is very nice and sell shipped very quickly.

This feedback does not surprise me. The buyer sent rude message before I even shipped the item. I asked if they wanted me to cancel the order. So most likely this is a misrepresentation of the item. I would not recommend this buyer. Block list recommended.
