    Worst EBayer I have ever dealt with. He had this item listed for $16.00 or best offer. I offered $14,00 with the hope of $15.00. He came back with $15.75. I countered at $14.50 and messaged him to make it $15.00 to help on the shipping cost but not response.After that he increased the price to $18.00, so I bought it at the $18.00 so I could leave this negative response. What type of person would change the listing price and not respond to messaging!! I will not deal with this guy again!!

    Item was listed 2 years ago... ebay shipping discount have changed and shipping cost have increased. Seller in fact asked me to sell the item to them for $20 total; I responded that I could not because shipping to him was $11 alone.I noted to rp_lewis that I was in fact the cheapest seller of this item, as two other sellers were @ $19.99+shipping and $24.99 free shipping. This IS a new item.I removed the best offer purposely so ALL buyers understood I no longer can sell the item cheaper.
