This item was listed as NEW. I paid for a new item, plus $$20 shipping. It was scratched up, the tires were worn, the screen has a scratch. On top of that, when we went to set up item, it had personal information and an account from the prior owner. Had to contact manufacturer to get it reset and have them delete the prior owners credit card, phone number and account information. Very unprofessional. When addressing the issue, seller did not work with me, told me I could pay to ship it back..
