Had to file a complaint with eBay to obtain refund, and Seller was forced to refund the item plus original shipping cost.

Buyer is lying. He bought 5 items. Changed his mind and returned them through ebay automated returns. Was given full refund and has left negative feedback for each item he decided he did not want after I blocked him from future purchases. Definitely a problem buyer. Sellers beware.
