The seller was incredibly cooperative and helpful, which is why I am rating this positive.
The ring was gorgeous, but didn't fit my hand as I expected. The seller also gave assistance on the return as there are many issues with *eBay's* process for handling authenticated item returns. Many.
I would gladly do business with them again - great merchandise and customer service. I know I would need to prepare for problems on the eBay side. I hope they clean up their process and communication.
