He's very responsive! He helped me through the process of replacement and even gave me some tips along the way. After replacing the old battery pack I decided to have the new battery pack tested to see the results. I used the Dr. Prius App and The VeePeak BLE + OBD2 Scanner. The results came back Amazing as seen in the photos. One had stripped threads on positive terminal, another had high internal resistance which make it harder and longer to charge. All contacts terminals had corrosion, definitely quality control was not there which make me doubt how this battery were reconditioned. He was selling higher then some, so I thought maybe the element is better than others, but not.
