He's very responsive! He helped me through the process of replacement and even gave me some tips along the way. After replacing the old battery pack I decided to have the new battery pack tested to see the results. I used the Dr. Prius App and The VeePeak BLE + OBD2 Scanner. The results came back Amazing as seen in the photos.
