ho cercato di comunicare chiedendo la fattura per la merce che ho comprato purtroppo mi hanno risposto in questo modo "Hallo! Wir verstehen Sie leider nicht. Mf" che tradotto con google traduttore vuol dire "Ciao! Purtroppo non ti capiamo. Cordiali saluti " bastava copiare e incollare quello che ho scritto in google traduttore e sicuramente mi avrebbero capito. questo è la poca attenzione che hanno nei confronti dei clienti, per il resto tutto ok per la comunicazione gli do zero!!!!
