    Item was not new, never used. Item was opened box and assembled. Screws came in ziplock baggy, Item had to be cleaned and a repair of the viewing window to be done before using

    In fact the item was new. The listing stated that it was purchased and too small for my laser so I was selling it. It had been assembled but never used so the screws were put in a plastic bag so they didn't get lost. (And complain about that?) Any repair that may have been needed would have been a result of damage in shipping. It was well packed. Let alone buyer getting a great deal with his low ball offer. Lesson learned. No low ball offers and explain every little detail in the future.
