I ordered 2 chains. Seller took over a week to even make a shipping label, 4 days more to put in the mail. I was willing to live with slow shipping, so waited for the chains. When I received the shipment, there was only 1 chain. I did receive credit for the missing chain, but I would avoid this seller.
