I am sorry you felt the need to leave a negative feedback. Your messages have been responded too it was not clear that you wanted a refund you were expressing your disappointment. You then proceeded to open a returns case where a label was provided for you that you then subsequently closed. I am not sure what else we could have done to resolve your issue.
