    This painting was part of a combined shipment with another Vilhelm Serber original. It was well packaged in bubble-wrap but the box arrived in poor condition. Fortunately, no damage to the painting and the gallery did discount part of the shipping by combining the two paintings for shipment. I appreciate that. I am happy to purchase from this gallery again but will make sure to scrutinize the photos closely as they are often very dark (under developed). Thank you. Allen

    I received the package via US Postal Service - probably through UPS and the exterior box was heavily damaged in transit. Fortunately the two paintings were well packaged but this painting has a serious scratch with loss of paint that, upon re-inspection of the very dark photos, was evident in the original offering. No mention in the description, however. It will require some restoration.
