All’s well that ends well! After several reminders to UPS and phone conversations with them, I have at long last received it. This is a magnificent Longines dated 1941 (its serial number is 6’…´…). It is working well and the lugs are special. Longines is a high-quality Swiss brand, the products of which are pretty expensive, but, now in Switzerland, it is difficult to buy a new watch in 18 k gold. Perhaps such watches are now out of mode. Received safely. Many thanks, also for the new strap!
