The items were: clock mechanism and replacement needles. 3 very vulnerable objects. They were not protected in any way when packaged. Just sent in a plastic bag. Badly damaged when arrived. I sent some photos to the seller. He offered 50% refund and later 90%. I needed the needles and asked to have them replaced and offered to pay for the packaging and for the faster shipment. Still no answer...
