I bought this telephone set from the seller due to his good pricing and positive reviews from other buyers. The seller mistakenly put a wrong address on the shipping info. USPS notified me that they had sent the telephone back to the sender after i went to local Post Office. I notified seller that I wanted the telephone. They told me that when they got the telset back, they would refund me, and i could re order. They got the telset back and told me they fully refunded the purchase amount.

I was not pleased with the condition of the item but I will gladly say this….awesome seller. The gps unit was shipped very quickly and upon returning it the refund was issued just as quickly. Sorry this transaction didn’t work out but again, very impressed with seller.
