    Although the glasses looked good, they were completely unusable. The screws seemed to be glued in place and I can not remove them to put the lenses back on until the screws were completely worn out.

    Sorry you are having issues with tight screws. We always recommend visiting a professional optician in these instances as they have specialist torque screwdrivers which you are unlikely to have at home and there is also some level of skill needed in these instances. Perhaps also consider sending a message to us first before leaving negative feedback as we would have been happy to offer assistance if you had.
