My purchase of stained glass arrived broken because it had been protected only by a single sheet of thin Styrofoam (with some crumpled paper).
I contacted the seller and attached a photo. She blamed the post office & demanded a photo of the box (which was already recycled) claiming that she had taken out "extra insurance." I responded that I should be reimbursed for the insured value but would settle for a refund and (more than a month later) never heard back.
Avoid this seller.
