In what world do you imagine that to be our fault? There is no communication between us asking if we agreed that it would be possible or to confirm that you did in fact order the same frame as you already owned. So we cannot be held responsible for this. If it was the same frame and size then it is your optician that is incompetent at swapping lenses and needed to cut the lenses down rather then properly heat the frame as a true professional would have done.
