The card I purchased arrived with a smudge on it underneath the PSA case, however it somehow graded a psa 10 even with the smudge. Something felt fishy so i reached out to the seller and they refused my return. The admitted there was a problem but said they didn't have to do anything about it. Terrible customer service. Seems like they are working a scam here.
