Seller never shipped item and never communicated why, they sent a very generic (AI generated?) message about 'looking into it'. Rather than just refunding my money they waited without communicating until the timeline for eBay to resolve the case elapsed and my money was returned to me. This left me in a frustrating limbo where I did not want to buy the item from a different seller in case they ended up shipping eventually. This is my second negative experience with this seller's shipping.
