It's mounted in a very well covered area, and will be removed when the weather turns to winter, but it'll be safe from rain and other moisture as it's well protected. I am not sure how I like the separate volume control for each pair of speakers as I'm running all 4 in the same area, but it is important to note that my 12 ga speaker wire was almost too big for the speaker connections. It's an outdoor rated wire, but is working well.
