Just installed on 350z. Some people saying it doesn’t fit without modifications but if you just barley screw in the bottom two bolts and then slide the top of in. tighten the bottom two first and then the top bolt last then it works fine. Luckily it’s mild steel and is able to flex when you tighten it down. Works pretty well, fitment could be better.

Shipping was quick. Part looks nice and has good welds. Fitment isn't perfect. The bore holes didn't match the exact position of the studs causing me to have to remove one stud to install them. The placement of the O2 sensor is also much further down the pipe unlike the OEM. A longer wire on the O2 sensor will be necessary. But not too bad for the price.
