This in unfair and inaccurate feedback.The jersey was double bagged, in waterproof USPS packaging and we received this feedback because the customer expected a box. We never received the request and as our feedback shows we have never had complaints about our shipping / packaging. We actually paid for a signature upon request and priority overnight shipping, at no additional cost. This customer in a curmudgeon and hard to deal with. I would not sell to him again and he is permanently blocked.
