This item shipped in its original packaging from the manufacturer and was delivered without incident. The "broken" item was never reported to us until we received this negative feedback. Once we realized what the issue was, which we could not control, we offered to have the item returned to us for an exact replacement. The buyer refused to return the item, but did ask for another similar item at no cost to him. We offered instead a partial refund of the purchase price which was refused.
