The package arrived late, but that was USPS’ fault (Christmas), not the seller’s. However,When the package did arrive it was empty. It shipped in only a plastic bag (about like a heavy duty garbage bag, but narrow and long), and the carbon fiber rod had created a hole in it that caused it to fall out. I notified the seller immediately, but heard nothing back even after several days.
