You have pictures of a complete watch and no info in item description. The item is not like new if it dosent have a band and the glow is dim. You can word it however you want but it s not like New . you misslead your customers by purposefully including the missing part in pictures. YOU OBVIOULSY TOOK THE PART OFF because the you have a picture that clearly shows the band. THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PRODUCT SHOULD BE IN ITEM DESCRIPTON. But you infact have 0 information there about the item.

My item condition and seller's note clearly describe the following: “Excellent, like new! New battery, watch is running however the tritium seems not to be bright or working, also rubber band (one side is missing) I only have one rubber band side the one that latches. Why would you hurt my rating for something I clearly described? Not fair sir. You are accusing me of something and is easy for you to blame but don't take responsibility, well that's just great I hope you feel good about yourself.
