Hi. I am sorry to learn that the condenser failed to work. I am very surprised by this as I test all components before shipping. I use a manufacturers test machine.
If you wish to send it back to me I will refund you your purchase money.
Please contact me before doing so and I will give you my home address so I am definitely going to receive it. My stores address is rarely manned and generally goods delivered there are never received by me.
