The original cylinder was aluminum. The sent replacement was cast iron. subject to rust, I was told. The picture/text did not show aluminum or iron in checking some of the cross-reference part numbers in the sellers listing, some of them are not even master cylinders! bad listing. A local store listing by application WAS made of aluminum.
