Item never arrived, buyer declined to dispatch item after I enquired when order would be sent, then made a litany of excuses before cancelling the order and told ebay I had requested to cancel order, when this was not the case. Had a very disappointed daughter.

This is completely untrue, buyer didn’t realise I had 3 working day dispatch date as didn’t read the listing properly. Then when I queried the address on the third day due to a technical error uploading through eBay they became angry and unhelpful. I chose to not deal with this customer as I found them very rude, so I cancelled the sale. Avoid this buyer at all costs
