Samsung Galaxy A21 - phone battery cover - this item was never received!!! I contacted the seller on numerous occasions and they did nothing! I will be disputing this purchase with my bank!!!!! They could have chose tonsned this item with UPS ground and not the stupid postal service!!! It doesn't pay to be CHEAP!!!!

USPS 9400111206210114868258 states buyer has 'No Secure Location Available'. We have instructed buyer multiple times that he needs to go to his local post office to pickup the package but he refuses and continues to ask for a refund. We will notify him if the package is returned to us, but a bad delivery address is beyond our control.
