Most unfortunately, our item was damaged in shipping (no fault whatsoever on the seller’s part) Truly, though, I couldn’t recommend this outstanding eBay seller any more highly, as he quickly and kindly responded to our problem with the unit, issuing a refund in full. He also suggested that we keep the damaged component rather than ship it back - obviously the over and above! I wish I could give him 500 stars instead of five!
