My purchase of the Soft Version of the replacement arm pads for my Herman Miller office chair arrived quickly and well packaged. They looked like they would fit properly but the arms themselves felt much harder than the original arm pads. I requested a return that was promptly approved but the cost to ship them back was half the cost of the arm pads so I decided to resell them instead. Overall great transaction with the seller...just didn't feel the arm pads reasonably matched the existing ones.
